Every weekday morning from 5am, we add to the play list of our very own "Country Bob' Stevenson. 'Country Bob' was so instrumental to country music in our region that our very own Studio 1 is named in his honour. 'Country Bob' was our second life member of CROW FM 90.7 before sadly passing in 2015. He was a major loss to the Country Community, the CROW Crew, but not before passing his love and passion on to CROW's newest Country presenter, Chantal Harth. In memory of 'Country Bob' listen weekdays for the hour from 5am.

'Country Bob' Stevenson

VALE: In 2015 the South Burnett in Queensland Darling Down Region lost one of Country Music’s Greatest supporters with the passing of CROW FM 90.7 radio announcer, “Country Bob” Stevenson.

'Country Bob' as he was affectionately known as, was instrumental in promoting Country Music to the people of the South Burnett Queensland for over 30 years thru his weekly Country Music Programs and regular interviews with many of the Biggest Country Stars in Australia.

In 1983 'Country Bob' began his announcing career at Commercial Radio 4SB 1071am in Kingaroy and later moved to CROW FM 90.7 in Wondai.

His passion and love of Country Music crossed the generations and he will be sadly missed.
